Jamais Subestime o Valor de Um Amigo

Caso algum dia você já tenha assistido na TV a um documentário sobre vida selvagem mostrando um leão caçando sua presa, você terá reconhecido uma prática comum do felino: descobrir a gazela mais lenta e fraca, e isolá-la do bando. Uma vez que a presa tenha sido isolada, a vitória estará assegurada. Há segurança no fato de fazer parte de um grupo; sozinha, a presa não tem esperança. 

Esta questão aparece igualmente no mercado de trabalho. Não deixemos de reunir-nos como igreja, segundo o costume de alguns, mas procuremos encorajar-nos uns aos outros, ainda mais quando vocês veem que se aproxima o Dia.” (Hebreus 10:24-25).

Quando estamos descansados, bem alimentados, calmos e satisfeitos, somos tentados a acreditar que não precisamos de ninguém mais, que podemos lidar com todo e qualquer obstáculo sozinhos. Mas em tempos assim podemos nos tornar mais vulneráveis, baixando a guarda contra as tentações e ameaças externas. Portanto, seria sábio estarmos atentos e sermos cuidadosos.
