O Nubank anunciou nesta terça-feira dois novos investimentos, que somados aos captados desde o início do ano, somam um bilhão e 150 milhões de dólares, cerca de 5 bilhões e 800 milhões de reais. O maior deles foi realizado pelo bilionário guru das finanças Warren Buffett, que fez o aporte de 500 milhões de dólares pela Berkshire Hathaway, um dos maiores fundos do mundo.

Essa foi a maior rodada de investimentos já realizada por uma empresa de tecnologia privada da América Latina, segundo informações do Nubank.

A empresa afirma também que é hoje o banco digital melhor avaliado no mundo e com a maior carteira de clientes, com 40 milhões de correntistas.
