Título de eleitor: como tirar, transferir e digitalizar

As eleições que decidirão quem será o novo presidente do Brasil, assim como os próximos governadores, deputados estaduais, deputados federais e senadores, acontecerão no dia 2 de outubro. Se você precisa tirar pela primeira vez, transferir ou digitalizar seu título de eleitor, o ideal é que a ação seja feita o quanto antes, já que o prazo está se aproximando.

Para quem mudou de cidade, estado ou país, a transferência deve ser feita até o dia 4 de maio, mesma data limite para os jovens de 16 e 17 anos que querem tirar o título pela primeira vez.

Quem tem 15 anos agora, mas completará 16 até o dia 2 de outubro também já pode providenciar o documento. Para o grupo de 16 a 18 anos, o voto não é obrigatório, mas opcional.

Com o prazo cada vez mais próximo, ativistas, celebridades e apoiadores de diferentes opiniões políticas têm feito apelos para que os jovens regularizem seu título. Mais de sete milhões de brasileiros terão 16 ou 17 anos até 2 de outubro.

No festival de música Lollapalooza, que ocorreu no último fim de semana de março, por exemplo, Emicida, Marina Sena e Fresno foram alguns dos artistas que fizeram o pedido aos jovens durante seus shows.

Já os apoiadores de Jair Bolsonaro lançaram uma hashtag para incentivar o voto dos adolescentes.

Como tirar o título de eleitor pela internet?

Segundo as instruções do TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral), para fazer o alistamento eleitoral pela primeira vez, acesse o site TítuloNet, selecione a opção “não tenho”, localizada na guia “título de eleitor”. Em seguida, preencha todos os campos indicados com os dados pessoais, como nome completo, e-mail, número do RG e local de nascimento.

Quem mudou de cidade tem até 4 de maio para pedir transferência do domicílio eleitoral

O sistema vai pedir o envio de pelo menos quatro fotografias para comprovar a identidade e endereço do eleitor ou eleitora.

A primeira delas é uma fotografia (selfie) segurando um documento oficial de identificação. As outras duas são da própria documentação (frente e verso) usada pela pessoa para se identificar na primeira foto. Já a quarta é a foto de um comprovante de residência – são aceitos contratos de aluguel, recibo da declaração de imposto de renda ou contas.

Após o cadastro, é possível acompanhar a tramitação do pedido também pela internet. Para isso, basta acessar a guia “Acompanhar Requerimento” e informar o número do protocolo gerado durante a primeira etapa do atendimento.

Como transferir o título de eleitor pela internet?

Para solicitar a transferência, é necessário que o eleitor resida há pelo menos três meses no novo local e não tenha transferido ou tirado a primeira via do documento nos 12 meses anteriores. Esse critério não se aplica ao servidor público civil, militar e autárquico (ou membros da família), que, por motivo de remoção ou transferência, tenha mudado de domicílio.

A alteração do domicílio eleitoral, entre outros processos, pode ser feita por meio do Autoatendimento do Eleitor, no site do TSE. Na página, você verá a opção “atualize seu endereço” e “eleitor no exterior”, para aqueles que mudaram de país.

Assim como no caso de quem vai tirar o título pela primeira vez, é necessário ter documentos de identificação, comprovante de residência atualizado e foto segurando o documento de identificação ao lado do rosto. No menu, busque a opção “iniciar seu atendimento a distância“, que pode ser encontrada na parte “faça seu requerimento”.

Em seguida, selecione o estado e confira a lista de documentos. Se você reside no exterior, número de passaporte e comprovante que ateste a residência também serão solicitados.

Nos passos seguintes, informações sobre o local para o qual a pessoa quer transferir o título serão pedidas.

Como criar o e-Título, o título de eleitor digital?

Se não houver qualquer pendência (como multas por não ter votado ou justificado a abstenção em alguma eleição do passado), basta fazer o download gratuito do aplicativo e-Título no telefone celular ou tablet de qualquer plataforma (Android e iOS).

No aplicativo, a pessoa deve informar o número do título, data de nascimento, o nome e o do pai e da mãe. O e-Título traz também a foto do eleitor que fez recadastramento biométrico ,quando são capturadas a imagem e as impressões digitais.
