Como definir seu horário de trabalho no Google Agenda

Recebeu algum convite para reunião ou evento fora do horário de trabalho no Google Meet? Para evitar este tipo de problema, nos serviços Google está presente um recurso na Agenda onde é possível definir seus dias e horários de trabalho, mostrando quando você está disponível. Ele é extremamente útil para otimizar a rotina de quem tem diversas reuniões, para não ter que ficar remarcando compromissos.

O serviço está presente apenas em contas para empresas (Workspaces). Confira como configurar a Agenda Google para automatizar respostas

Como configurar sua Agenda Google de acordo com o seu horário de trabalho

Passo 1: entre na Agenda Google e vá até as “Configurações” e novamente em “Configurações”;

Passo 2: role a página até “Horário de trabalho”;

Passo 3: clique em “Ativar horário de trabalho”;

Passo 4: selecione os dias e horários que estará disponível para reuniões.

Pronto! Se alguém tentar marcar uma reunião fora do horário estipulado, receberá uma notificação que informa a indisponibilidade para aquele determinado horário e dia.
