  • Observe se você não é a causa. Reflita ou, se necessário, pergunte ao alguém próximo, se você não é a causa da ansiedade do seu filho. Muitos pais projetam para os filhos aquilo que eles gostariam de ser: um jogador de futebol, uma modelo ou o melhor aluno. Deixe o seu filho ser ele mesmo. Isso não significa que ele não deve ser um bom aluno ou ser bom naquilo que ele gosta de fazer. Ele até deve ser cobrado por isso, mas dentro dos seus próprios limites e não da ansiedade dos pais.
