  8. Friccione as polpas digitais e unhas da mão esquerda contra a palma da mão direita, fechada em concha (e vice-versa), fazendo movimento circular;
  9. Esfregue o punho esquerdo com o auxílio da palma da mão direita (e vice- versa), utilizando movimento circular;
  10. Enxágue as mãos, retirando os resíduos de sabonete. Evite contato direto das mãos ensaboadas com a torneira. Se precisar, use toalha de papel ou de outro tipo para abrir o registro;
  11. Seque as mãos com papel toalha descartável, iniciando pelas mãos e seguindo pelos punhos. Toalhas de tecido podem ser usadas se você for a única pessoal a utilizá-la, mas ainda assim, lave-a a cada dois ou três dias.

Se não houver como lavar as mãos, use álcool gel 70% e siga as mesmas orientações.
