Iniciando Um Negócio à Maneira de Deus – Parte 2

Na semana passada começamos a explorar os princípios bíblicos para se iniciar um negócio. Nesta edição do “Maná da Segunda” vamos ver três princípios adicionais. O quarto princípio que eu sugeriria é “O que você vai oferecer a seus clientes que ninguém mais pode oferecer?”

Um amigo estava descrevendo para mim como ele via o seu nicho de oferecer planos de aposentadoria para organizações cristãs. Sua firma tinha se especializado em desenvolver opções de investimento que protegessem seus clientes de oportunidades de investimento não alinhadas com os valores bíblicos. Ele tomou um produto de que muitas companhias precisavam e adicionou a ele opções biblicamente responsáveis de investimento que a maioria dos cristãos iria preferir. 

Romanos 12:6 ensina: “Já que temos dons que diferem de acordo com a graça que nos foi dada, cada um de nós deve exercitá-los conformemente…” (N.T.: tradução livre). Assim como Deus lhe deu dons exclusivos, Ele também tem um plano exclusivo para o seu negócio. Determine quais são esses dons e use-os para construir um nicho para o seu negócio.  

Quando estava na área bancária, conheci centenas de empresários. Quando lhes perguntava de quanto precisavam para abrir o seu novo negócio, não era incomum ouvir deles: “Quanto você vai me dar?” Isso usualmente significava que ou eles não tinham nenhum plano ou não tinham gastado o tempo necessário para formular um plano de negócios completo. 

Kent, porém, era diferente. Ele sabia exatamente quanto iria custar construir sua indústria, quando ele iria contratar funcionários e quanto ele queria de empréstimo.  Como seu emprestador, seu plano me deixou confiante de que ele obteria êxito – e ele obteve.  

Provérbios 21:5 ensina: “Os planos bem elaborados levam à fartura; mas o apressado sempre acaba na miséria.”  Isso nos leva ao princípio número 5. Se você está iniciando um novo negócio, desenvolva um plano que responda à pergunta: “Como você vai financiar, contratar pessoal, construir e sustentar sua ideia?” 

Em minha experiência, paciência não parece ser uma virtude para muitos dos aspirantes a empresário. Uma vez tendo uma ideia para lançar um novo negócio, eles geralmente querem começar hoje, embora não tenham sequer considerado o momento propício para iniciar o empreendimento nem feito ainda os arranjos para o financiamento necessário e analisar sua lucratividade.   

Às vezes, Deus nos dá uma ideia antecipadamente, para que possamos poupar e nos preparar para iniciar um negócio no futuro. Quando tentamos usar atalhos para encurtar esse processo, geralmente isso resulta em empresas subfinanciadas e mal localizadas. Lamentações 3:25 afirma a sabedoria de esperar pacientemente em Deus, tanto para conhecer o Seu momento perfeito quanto para receber Sua suficiente provisão. Ele ensina: “O Senhor é bom para os que esperam nEle, para aqueles que O buscam.”

Ao iniciar um novo negócio, siga o princípio número 6, estando preparado para responder à pergunta: “Quando e onde isso vai acontecer?” Tome cuidado para não ir adiante de Deus nesse processo. Isso vai capacitá-lo a evitar um risco considerável, para você mesmo e para a sua startup.
